1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the Midwife Program ("Program") operated by MC Herbs. By signing up for the Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined in this Agreement.
MC Herbs may modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, and affiliates will be notified of significant changes. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Midwife Program, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

Licensed Midwife: You must be a licensed midwife or healthcare professional in good standing.

Age: You must be at least 18 years old.

Accurate Information: You must provide truthful and complete information during the registration process.

Compliance with Laws: You must comply with all local, state, and federal laws related to affiliate marketing and product promotion.
MC Herbs reserves the right to deny or terminate your participation if any of these eligibility criteria are not met.
3. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn commissions based on sales generated through their unique affiliate link. The commission details are as follows:

Commission Rate: Affiliates earn 10%-20% of each sale generated through their referral link, depending on their sales volume and affiliate tier.

Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid on a monthly basis or as otherwise specified by MC Herbs.

Payment Methods: Payments will be made via PayPal & other payment methods.
Commissions are subject to change, and MC Herbs will notify affiliates of any modifications to the structure.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
By joining the Midwife Program, affiliates agree to:
4.1 Ethical Promotion:

Promote products honestly and professionally, adhering to ethical standards in advertising.
4.2 Legal Compliance:

Comply with all local laws, including advertising regulations, and never make false or misleading claims about the products.
4.3 Non-Competing:

Affiliates are prohibited from promoting competing products or services while participating in the Program.
4.4 Affiliate Link Usage:

Use only the provided affiliate link in marketing materials to ensure accurate tracking of sales and commissions.
5. Termination of Participation
MC Herbs reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account for reasons including:

Non-Compliance: Failure to adhere to these terms or breach of ethical standards.

Fraudulent Activity: Engaging in fraudulent activities such as misrepresenting sales.

Inactivity: Failure to generate sales or promote MC Herbs products for a significant period.
Upon termination, any pending commissions will be paid as per the payout schedule, provided there are no violations.
6. Confidentiality and Proprietary Rights
Affiliates agree to keep confidential all proprietary information received during the course of the Program, including pricing strategies, sales data, and marketing materials.
7. Limitation of Liability

No Guarantee of Earnings: MC Herbs does not guarantee any specific earnings through the Program. Affiliate success depends on individual marketing efforts.

Limitation of Liability: MC Herbs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or claims arising from this Agreement will be resolved through mediation or binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MC Herbs is located.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state where MC Herbs is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
