I took 6-8 caps of P-9 daily all through Pregnancy and 6 caps of P-6 daily the last 6 weeks. I was very well pleased as I only had 1½ hours labor! I was so thrilled as I had 20-30 hours of labor before. I'll never do without them

I took 2 P-9 with meals for 6 or 7 months and P-6 the last 6 weeks. I had a 1¾ hours labor instead of 8 or 9 hours. I had lot more strength to push. I'm recommending it to others.

I took the P-9 capsules all throughout my pregnancy and also the P-6 capsules. I could tell a big difference: I didn't have Morning Sickness as bad. I thought my Bowels were more regulat, even the last few weeks. I must say, I had a quick labor, quite different from my other pregnancy.
